Do Now 5/18

Watching people help the homeless ignites my desire to help the world. I feel like the homeless people should have a second chance to get a job, home, and/or a car. It can show the community how people's generosity can impact to kids or adults. Also, if you help someone, that person can help another. If we all help out one another, we can eliminate other issues or the current issues.

Do Now 5/5: Online Game Programming Class

Online Game Programming Class

I would want to add a video game programming class because many teens love to play on their Xbox, or on their PS4. Some students might want to learn on how to make games online or on consoles. Students can have a choice to take a full year or half year course. Students would learn the basics on online programming to create a small playable game themselves. The class would have computers with programming software installed.
Students that want to make games can pick a full year course if they want to learn a lot more to program games and half year course for students who don't want the class to be hard with difficult programs that they couldn't understand. There would be projects where students would try each other's game for the quality, style, and playability.

Tech Article 5/1

American Airlines planes ground by iPad app error

Pilots in American Airlines use an iPad app which has a glitch which made dozens of jets to stop. They are using this app so they don't carry 35 pounds of paperwork in their jet. American Airlines went paperless in 2013 estimated this would save them $1.2 million dollars in fuel every year. The app can cause pilots to go without anything information on where they are going.

Wiki Opinion

I don't trust Wikipedia because people can just edit the page and can have false information. I changed my mind about Wikipedia and it is not that bad. Wikipedia is a good site to have a start point on a paper. Also, if you search on famous people, the first link to click on is Wikipedia. There is a history tab in the site, so you can see who, where, or when the article was revised and edit.

Spring Break Post

My spring break was very boring because I was sleeping everyday and doing nothing. I just went to the park and played basketball with some of my friends. Most of my cousins came to my house to sleep over and it was loud. On break, I always used my laptop and I got bored of watching the same youtube videos and same games that I already beat like Portal 2 on Steam. Easter was ok, my aunts and grandparents came and gave me candy. We had a Easter egg hunt in the house and my cousins got hurt from running into the wall, door, or some other object.
Most days when I get bored and find nothing to do, I order chinese food and do some of my spring break homework. I sometimes help my mom by doing chores because she has to do everything everyday. For example, washing dishes, washing clothes, sweeping the floors, mopping the floors, and etc. I also help my dad on his trucks when something breaks or he has to do a delivering.
